Karleen gave me a great cut! I also loved the vibe of the salon, so casual and welcoming. Another reason I booked (and will return) is your no-gratuity policy. My previous salon wouldn't even break out services from product on the bill, so I was tipping on the whole amount unless I wanted to appear chintzy and ask. It made me feel hustled, every time.
